The first step to begin this process would be to arrange an initial consultation to discuss your interest in psychotherapy / counselling and get an idea of what it would feel like to be working together. Once we agree on the terms of the work, we will start meeting week by week and see how it goes.

I work with people in different financial situations. If the standard fee doesn’t suit your income, please get in touch. The therapy concession is based on your available income and agreed in person during the initial session.

LOCATION

I work and live sporadically between London and Ho Chi Minh City; when in town, the therapy sessions take place at my home in Thao-Dien, when in London - remotely via video calls.
